- Conduct user research to understand target audience needs, behaviors, and preferences.
- Analyze user feedback and data to improve existing interfaces and design new ones.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for websites, apps, and other digital platforms.
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
- Develop interaction designs that enhance usability and user engagement.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project requirements.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing to identify and address design challenges.
- Continuously refine and iterate designs based on feedback and user data.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Propose innovative ideas to improve user experience and design quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with front-end development tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with usability testing tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
